Re the CTP market cap (and I know this is the ROG thread) they have $72 million in a bond facility still to be issued that should be allowed for. They also have a fair amount of 16c options.
If CTP were to jump to say 17c it could be argued their market cap is around $200 million which isn't a minnow.
