Market cap can't include options because it is speculation , nor can it include shares not issued or paid for . the market cap is correctly stated by commsec .
Remember that when the milestone is hit , the options expire or are converted , and the shares go to the various parties the share price for ROG could be anything .
Surely Commsec and RG know a little bit about what they do....
So what is the company worth ....whatever the market says its worth at any given time . I hold GBA and they have shares to the value of over 10 million dollars , however the market cap persists at 5 million . SENTIMENT MY FRIEND , SENTIMENT.
