If you want to believe that ROG has a market cap of $17 million then you might want to look at the recent company presentation.
The facts are that if this company is successful (as most shareholders would expect) they'll have at least 1.5 billion shares on issue.
(actually they will definitely have more as they will need to raise money soon for either the CTP JV or the 2nd phase drilling as previously announced)
