The money from converting the options does not directly affect market cap, but it does affect value, which is what this discussion is about. If on whatever fundamental basis it is decided that ROG should be worth $50 to $150 million, then all else equal, after $14 million worth of options are converted, it should be worth $64 to $164 million. Once they spend the cash of course it will be worth less - unless the result of the spend is discovery of more valuable resources.
