Hmm I stuffed that up. Not sure how I did that. Anyway I didnt count the options as they are long dated, 2011 and 2014 I believe. But yes presentation says 1bill shares including the milestone (not sure when that kicks in) so is currently $50mill marketcap.
Apologies for misleading. Could be pretty full valued then but am still very impressed with the quality of the management team which should add a premium. No guarantees but having quality, experienced management doesn't hurt.
