It is supposed to get deep into the skin layers, so perhaps the rapid drying could be beneficial.
The issue that makes it hard, if not impossible to dismiss the permetrex, is that the company have apparently ruled out CBD contamination into the US vehicle. If, as they are telling us. it isn't CBD causing that excellent US vehicle response, it's permetrex on its own.
It's one of those two, there's no other option.
