In his Eureka interview Vince said the vehicle was designed to have a "low vehicle effect". That has not been explained, but seems like it would mean a lower concentration, low impact solution. So, in Australia, where there wasn't a 'manufacturing error', it performed as designed and produced little response.
My initial assumption was that they had to have applied a CBD contaminated vehicle in the US, but the Greenfund article makes it very clear that the company is saying that isn't the case.
That only leaves Permetrex which also fits with the information received by @Madeinitaly76 prior to the announcement. This isn't pleasing news, but as I've stated previously, there's no alternative explanation, except for the possibility that the company is hiding the contamination, that would also be an issue.
