You need a solvent for the CBD, CBD is hidrophobic and needs to be pushed in the dermis - by vehicle evaporation - to be effective. That’s narrows it down to alcohols.....What is interesting is that once we factor in the issue of QA during manufacturing, cohorts variability ( 12yrs old have different responses to adults acne) the line put forward by the company becomes plausible: in the American batches the percentage of isopropyl alcohol was way more than what it should have been...(?) That would explain why the few adverse reactions were from the vehcles groups (?)
