I can't see how Permetrex is not a key driving force.
It explains the Vehicle response in the US, and the inflammatory results in both Australia and US. What is does not explain is the non inflammatory, it looks like CBD is doing something there. The company has said that the Australian vehicle was designed to be low response (not clear what that means, but likely diluted Permetrex).
It might just be that combined they are a super drug, but BOT needs the IP protection around Permetrex, as while they have an exclusive license with the IP holder for skin application, it is not clear what the terms are around that (apart from 5% royalty).
Unless of course the Vehicle in the US was contaminated, and then the above is not valid. The company should really clarify this as it impacts their IP holdings.
