Kindof making my point @Dyoresearch - which is that we just don't know. I'm totally open to the proposition in your post BUT there's nothing to base it on but speculation BECAUSE management have told us SWEET FA.
'Could've' been for lots of reasons, but we're being exposed to NO info upon which to make an assessment - was it bungled manufacture/labelling/distribution/administration/data capture/data recording etc. or because Permetrex is responsible for a large part of the response - I don't know, and can't work it our WHICH IS PRECISELY THE NATURE OF THE PROBLEM!!!
