I don't really see how permetrex can be doing very much, it's basically just a solvent that evaporates off the skin - it was explained in a presentation a while back that it's the rapid evaporation that drives the CBD into the skin. That evaporation could potentially dry the skin a little but it would be no different to simply rubbing alcohol on your skin as I understand it
