That also gives credit to a point that Vince has made during that interview in relation to the separation from vehicle achieved in the non-inflammatory lesions: it must be the CBD that works therein as the active in the vehicle (the alcohol in the Permetrex) doesn't go as deep in the dermis where those lesions are....(?)
