ABP has dept of $579 million. Gearing level of 37.5%
50 million due this financial year. In 2010 another 150 million will require refinancing. (think I have that right)
IMO reducing dept and starting a share buy back scheme should increase SP. Even running a DRP and buy back scheme at the same time would benefit long term shareholders.
Surprised div announcement hasnt been released yet. This doesnt help shareholder confidence.
