I see this as a long term hold, there is no point selling in the next 4 years or so IMO. This will keep rising unless a large holder decides to take their profits. Still the most underrated oil company on the ASX.
$1 per share would make ATS market cap $1billion which is reasonable compared to the asset that they hold and compared to other oil companies in the USA. Their share price would need to increase 20 fold to reach $1 which is not unheard of over a few years. Obviously their production would need to increase to sustain that value.
Capital raising is unlikely with all the shares on issue and their profitability however I would expect them to take out a line of credit when oil price begins to recover to fund additional drill rigs. Profits will also rise naturally with a higher oil price which supports a higher share price, like we have seen the share price double in the last week with the increase in the oil price.
