I honestly think that ATS recently got ahead of itself like most speculative oil stocks, through momentum alone. Traders have cashed-in on the ramp-up and now I wouldn't be surprised if it settles at 4.x cents for some time. This may well be at least until after the US settles, the northern winter and economic outlook is clearer, and therefore the oil outlook is more certain. The economics of ATS are unchanged and still rely on POO reliably in the $60's++ long term to be worth teens or above.
