I was not having a shot at you Graza. I just find human nature and the way people react fascinating. I do not monitor ATS (HC) comments on a daily basis. (I run my own business) ATS top priorities are. Raise some money, Oil price consistently above US $55/60, Drill successfully under US$10 mill + US$1 mill for infrastructure.

In the archives originally ATS were projecting a satisfactory acceptable return could be achieved at US$70 Oil price at a cost per well of US$11 mill per well plus say US$1mill for infrastructure costs. They showed the benefits from that base (if achieved) with the aid of advanced drilling knowledge and technology and a better oil price. NPV +10 was used. Given those comments I am guessing that a break even level of around $55/60 for oil and US$10 mill + US$1 per new well would be a fair estimate of covering all company costs plus banking a little profit. Remember this is not about just existing the endeavour here is to prove concept and or generate enough money to drill with their own profits/cash flows eventually.

I believe ATS is worth a punt every day of the week at these levels. I want this thing to run hard but I am not going to be blind to the challenges.

At this point in time I would be reluctant to invest above say 8 cents unless there is some substantial fundamental change/happening along the way. Fingers crossed.
