The chairman said that he was unapologetic about the fact that they had not yet made a decision about selecting a path forward, although they were actively pursuing a number of options.
They knew from previous experience what metrics of any future deal would suit them and they would not be rushed into any decision, which did not meet their expectations.
Also they are of the belief that as time passes the value of their asset improves because existing shale based reserves are being used up quite quickly and there is not a ready availability of suitable replacement reserves to come on stream to replace them . They believe time is on their side.
