    They're raising $1000 by selling 1000 shares at $1 when the latest price is $0.011?
    Bizarre, couldn't we expect a letter to shareholders explaining? Doubt that I'll get much plain English out of the prospectus but I'll give it ago.
    Have a feeling it might be worth getting a few more at 1.1c (not $1) ,who knows what they'll be doing in a year or two.
