However there were a few "extras" that Newsat felt would now be waived. We haven't heard what they are or whether they have been waived, nor are we ever likely to.
The first we know will be an update [may not need an announcement] stating that XXX million $ has flowed to LM and the program is alive and kicking.
The Malaysian slot agreement was the last regulatory criteria holding ExIm back. That is good news. Waiving of some formalities will only be paper shuffling.
I think maybe a week and it will be history as we start to look forward to 2014.
