The ONE WORLD ORDER dictatorship office is sighted for Brussels, Belgum. If they can get the EU to turn that route. The COLLECTIVE WORLD ORDER counsel will be in Geneva. The United Nations will disband, and out of that Faction#2 will form the COLLECTIVE WORLD ORDER, or you can call it a COLLECTIVE WORLD COUNSEL.
Faction#1 ONE WORLD ORDER backers know that the only way that they can pull off their plan off is cheat and create a big war. Which you are seeing today in irregular warfare. They are the ones plotting terrorism around the world to achieve their goal. This is how they operate. In certain circles, they are called the "666 movement." It is they who are engineering the mark of the beast. They have infiltrated Christianity in American, forming a Christian Fundamentalist faction allied with Israel to help erupt religious wars between Islam, Judaism and Christianity, and have infiltrated Islam, forming an Islamic Fundamentalist faction against America and Israel, and Faction#2 regions.
All that anti-China media is being done by Faction#1 because they want to make sure that they have a foot into China to carry out their intrigues. China is just playing the game.
Bolshevik-Communism fell in the Soviet Union in the mid-1970s. It was just a matter of writing the script to make it official in public. And the Communism plan implemented, was never implemented! What they implement was a Monarchy-style form of Communism, not people Communism. This was to make sure that their Rentier-Financier scheme (aka Capitalism) would not be disrupted.
