Someone please tell me why this great little company is receiving little or no attention at present. It has had a complete management, accounting, finance and costs overhaul, and yet the seemingly undervalued shares remain unwanted and stagnant. The new management has made all the right moves in the last year and CHL is looking like turning into a very successful little earner in the coal servicing industry.
Please explain?
