It can be likened to selling the contents from a warehouse (SUDA) but in our case at the moment we only have one product close to being ready to sell (ArTiMist) and some loose material waiting to be assembled.

You sell ArTiMist and put a lot of money in the till. Some of this money can be used to assemble the loose material over the next couple of years and hopefully a large percentage of the money from the till can be given back to shareholders. This is assuming that it is a one off sale and not tied in with royalties per unit sold.

Should that happen a lot of shareholders will be lost to HC for a couple of months whilst they holiday or sober up.

I hope that my reply doesn't sound too simplistic but it is how I tend to simplify some of the processes in the financial world...... I find it easier.
