Assuming a conventional process plant will be required, the delivery lead time on a new mill is around 12 months from order. The mining licence and other permitting has to be received. The plant and associated infrastructure has to be put in.
Why not hazard a guess on how long all this will take?
IMO a minimum of 2 years. Likely longer.
Exactly right. People either have no clue about mining or are trying to mislead people. Saying that, incremental share price appreciation would happen a lot sooner. I rarely hold onto a miner through to production as the best gains are already achieved well before that.
