That s/h mill has to be the right size, probably needs relining and drive repairs etc, then there's the crushers, conveyors, pumps, hydrocyclones, slurry tanks, gold stripping equipment, the list goes on. My point here is that every piece of equipment has to be sized for every other, so IMO if buying s/hand, a cheap suitably sized complete s/h plant would be a better option, and then refurbish everything that needs it.
A possibility, but an increasingly remote one if the gold price is recovering.
