Hi guys, just curious if someone could answer me this:
In light of David Jones' announcement this morning about them receiving an "unsolicited letter from a non-incorporated UK entitiy" and seeing DJ's sp rise significantly, what's to stop me (or any other Tom, Dick or Harry) from writing to ABU and making them an offer?
I'm a non-incorporated, Aust-based entity, so if I offered a takeover price to ABU, they would have to release the news to the market and ... up she goes!!!
Only take me a coupla minutes on the 'puter, too!
