Thanks for that link WoosterBrewster. Reading it affirms that Microsoft does look favourably on LiveTiles. I was thinking in a year or two it could still look favourably on LiveTiles and still decide to, as I suggested earlier, introduce a product that provides 30% of the features of LiveTiles intranet but 80% of the functionality. It is not like it is deliberately harming LiveTiles, it just might want to make it even easier for customers to do what Microsoft wants them to do use more Microsoft products by making sure 80% of LiveTiles functionality is provided to every Microsoft customer not just the ones that choose to install LVT (or similar products)
