I was looking at a presentation shortly after Senegal success in 2014.
Here is a presentation closer to your date around the Gambia drill time in 2018 - MC $600 million.

But it reinforces an assessment that for PCL to get anywhere near 10 cents, would need stunning success in PEL87 perhaps bigger than what WPL have in Senegal.
