PCL are cashed up to meet their current objectives and when Woodside commit to drilling they will get another cash injection as per their JV agreement.
Again using history as a guide, when drilling offshore Kenya, PCL management raised towards the end of their exploration time cycle/closer to the spud date and ultimately at much higher prices...
