I dont see that as a realistic scenario
PCL would need the time to find someone, negotiate and seek approvals for a sell down to another party
Woodside would obviously not like to see this happen in place of them receiving the 10%. Woodside would also be operator at this phase and would likely accelerate timeline for the 2nd drill to force PCL to hand the 10% to them, take the royalty option or force PCL to find the cash which under an accelerated timeline would need to be debt / CR
