Per managements previous comments, I am anticipating a release of information from Management which updates shareholders on the progress of the Farm in soonish.....
But having said that if the details have not yet been finalised then it may just be an announcement letting us know that things are progressing in the right direction and that details have not yet been finalised...
These type of arrangements do take quite a bit of time to negotiate so i would be very surprised to see any substantital details...
