    Coal of Africa Plans to Invest 3 Billion Rand in Vele Colliery

    April 17 (Bloomberg) -- Coal of Africa Ltd. plans to invest 3 billion rand in its Vele colliery project in South Africa’s Limpopo province, the company said in an e-mailed statement today. The mine has the potential to produce 5 million metric tons of coking coal a year, Coal of Africa said.
