The new CEO had a sound record to turn things over, in 2010 he took the role in the nearly-death property developer VPG group, he made the house tidy and got rid off the bad worms, and sold the company to Blackstone @1.80, although lover than the then NTA, but substantially higher than the closing SP $1.16.
If you are hoping APZ will up to $3-4, then he is not your man.
