despite this company looking like value, i've been burnt too many times by them. Bailed out a couple of months back (@20c),lost a bucket full. The diversified fund was disastrous...the original investment gone, and the preference shares will end up below original cost (big capital losses for me to carry forward!!), and now....Aspen Parks is starting to stink!!
So much misery and torment with this business, i can understand a setback now and then, but, there has been so much wealth destruction here.....never again!
