i think the recent article in the Fin and the fact that BGL is looking less like a take over buy for VOC due to its great result driven share price moves of late ..
this sector has been on fire and VOC has lagged
as some BIG companies are dropping head count.. it places productivity stress on staff and they have to rely on good systems etc
