Some Canadian broker (you can google it) was a bit miffed the 2012 forecasts didn't meet his expectations, and with the Europe thing (again!), possible reason for a sell off.
Personally, I have being looking at this for an entry point for a looooog time. I believe this may be it!
Selling points to substantial holder reducing/selling out.
