Given the last time we had a Dukas update we were told it would be 1-2 weeks from the 22/6 that we were expected to intersect the primary target, it would seem we are overdue an update, if nothing else than to update on any further delays to prevent the market getting (even more) nervous. The share price is already in the doldrums so it would be good to see some proactive management. This would be consistent with the company's new shareholder communications policies.
A trading halt in the near future prior to result release would seem appropriate given the potential significance of the outcome to the value of CTP. It has been a leaky ship in the past. Usually no news is bad news in the context of CTP in my many years of experience, but hopefully not this time around.
