Have you seen the gold price? It has dropped on the prospect of an USA interest rate hike.

IMO, get used to this sort of fluctuaction.

Also, Goldies like SAR and DRM have been over bought on fundamentals.

SAR at 1.15c is a good buy in price for the longer term investor.

As I have posted previously, I don’t believe the market has priced in 300,000 ounces pa at this stage.

Buy on weakness and don’t expect instant profit.

Don’t forget, if the USD strengthens, and gold price weakens, a corresponding weaker AUD will continue to give SAR a margin of around $500 to $600 per ounce.
