I see 3 possible outcomes that may occur during this Quarter:

1 - We sell 25% of vista as flagged;
2 - We get taken over - This was a popular theory for many at times however it is now that it would be most likely if it were to happen. i.e. should a minority stake in Vista be sold, a takeover becomes less attractive / less likely. Finance discussions may be a trigger here for anyone sniffing around before the 25% is sold off.
3 - We fail to reach attractive terms = process delayed.

BTW Im not saying we are being managed for a take out, Im simply keeping all options in mind and trying to read the corporate play as I see it. The trading over the past several weeks has a different feel to it so Im wondering like everyone else what could be behind it.
