The 5/12 response to the asx query talks about early negotiations for a long term lease of the Dampier supply base...perhaps this is what you were referring to?
Been downhill since then...perhaps the person who pushed it up to 2.20 is now looking to get out after the asx response indicated there were no rockets in the making :) just solid gains.
