Yes I tend to agree with gods broker here.
Toro is one stock that has been very oversold.
With oxiana,minutaur and bhp owning near half of the company,its sure to be a winner.
I would love to see WA legalize U mining as this would really give toro a big lift in share price.
Happy to hold and wait.
