I saw a report yesterday which showed the price of oil in high correlation to the bond yield. Lately a huge mismatch has developed in the chart, which suggests that oil would normally be sub $20 and that the difference is a war premium.
There is no suggestion that oil will immediately go down, but if conditions change then the downside in oil stocks is significant.
