That's a great contribution to requote the low 2011 plan numbers from 2010. I suppose the difference in this case appears to be that they are being outbid by competitors. There is no mention of competition preventing them from buying in the 2010 quote.
I agree with the other post that the market now has to try to discount how long that increased competition will be there. Is this a one year event, or is it the beginning of a deterioration in the competitive landscape that will go for a decade.
