There is definitely something brewing, up 5.5% on a day when everything else was heading south. They then get handed a speeding ticket and respond very ambiguously. They really beat around the bush when responding whether there was something to their knowledge that would move the price this way. they didn't say no, just that they were compliant with the rules. They have said before that takeover negotiations were still happening, just that initial definite offer of $1.20 was off the table. Maybe they have found some extra cash and are paying $1.40....YOU BEAUTY!!!
