Yeah sure, the delay didn't/isn't helping, but IMO the price would have leveled out closer to the 18c mark if the Co price had stayed high. If you believe there is a conspiracy then waiting around for the results of the SS isn't going to help you. Besides, by the time it comes out, we're probably looking at it being more of a PFS, as has been discussed here many times.
