Your can't compare MRD to any other rare earth project except for those players in our space in Esperance.
Lynas is a hard rock deposit, I'm not sure of their strip ratios but it definetly not clay hosted free dig within 10-100 meters of clay!
No drilling no blasting, very high head grade with room for improvement, 50km to port and all infrastructure in place.
That's why our project in Esperance is in a class of its own! very easy to extract and process, very high grades and low set up costs. That's a recipe for success.IMHO.
