I think it is a work in progress and the company indicated on 25 November 23008 they intended to issue a prospectus for a pro-rata non-renounceable rights issue of New Options to all shareholders. The prospectus will be made available at the time these securities are offered.

This could be why there has been some renewed interest in the company but there have been no recent announcemnts re this placement. It would be interesting to see if the ASX give RAU a speeding ticket as Fridays interest and jump was not bad and I hope it contnues
