Agree head2641. It seems that whenever TAS get something going they hive it off as another company, re EDE and FIS. And now EDE are talking about hiving some of their assets. Rather than chasing them down the line you might as well just hang on to TAS as they will be the major shareholder in each of the subsiduaries.
