    Shopping centres themselves are not rocket science. But WDC's balance sheet certainly is. Or perhaps the best description of it is "smoke & mirrors."

    Agreed, the dividends are going to be cut again and another equity raise will have to happen by the end of the year IMO.

    WDC have a looming cashflow problem IMO.
