I recently 'discovered' this stock and did some poking around.

Director is selling to pay for his options.

Take away the special dividend and it's 4%, which does make me a little worried that the jump in share price might die off more than 3.7 cents once the reality of the 20% dilution hits in. Still I'll keep an eye on this one. 27 Mil for possible acquisition sometime this FY. More enhanced store rollouts coming this year (the experimental one in January recorded a 38% increase in sales).
