It's bots. Big funds use them to move stock without offering stock in single large chunks. Designed to stop skewing in the market.
I haven't looked today but it was said they are selling. It can also be used to cap a stock buy feeding shares into a specific price point. Normally with a view to accumulate more at a lower price.
